OUR SERVICES

Production Sewing

Design Development and Engineering

Our clients often approach us with refined specification documentation and seek a manufacturer. We serve as an outsourcing partner in manufacturing sewn goods for specialized companies or factories in short and long runs. We handle the stitching and assembly of textile products based on provided designs, specifications, and materials. This arrangement allows brands and designers to scale production efficiently without investing in their own manufacturing facilities. As your outsourcing partner, we ensure access to skilled labor, advanced equipment, and streamlined processes, making it a cost-effective solution for manufacturing textile products.

Production Sewing

We have the capability to work with a range of stitch types

Lockstitch: most common, used for basic seams and topstitching. It is the most common stitch used in sewing and is prized for its durability and clean appearance on both sides of the fabric. Lockstitches are formed in a straight line and are suitable for a wide range of applications, from garment construction to decorative sewing. Different types of lockstitches include:

Overlock (Serger): used to trim and bind raw edges, preventing fraying and creating clean finishes.

Blind: employed for hems where visibility of stitching needs to be minimal.

Bar Tacks: reinforce stress points like pocket openings. Each stitch type is selected based on fabric properties and the desired end-use of the product.

Box X: a reinforced stitching pattern commonly used in the textile and sewing industries to strengthen areas subject to high stress or tension. It consists of a square or rectangular outline with an “X” stitched diagonally across the center. This design evenly distributes force across the stitched area, making it highly durable and resistant to tearing. The Box X Stitch is often used in applications such as securing straps to bags, harnesses, seat belts, or heavy-duty garments. Its robust construction ensures the longevity and safety of the product in demanding uses.

Cover: commonly used for hemming stretchy fabrics and creating professional, durable finishes. It features two or more parallel rows of stitching on the top side and a looping thread pattern on the underside, which covers the raw edge of the fabric. This stitch is highly elastic, making it ideal for activewear, swimwear, and knit garments. Cover stitches are created using specialized coverstitch machines and are valued for their ability to provide clean, flat hems that stretch without breaking the thread.

Design Development and Engineering

We work with clients from concept, to specifications, to full production runs. Depending on your needs, we can utilize our vast network designers, engineers, and material specialists to bring your vision to market. Our iterative approach allows us to prototype quickly, test ideas in real-world scenarios, and refine designs based on customer input. This collaborative spirit not only enhances our services and product offerings but also strengthens our commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship.

Technical Drawing
We can render precise, detailed representations of designs, patterns, and specifications for textile products. These drawings serve as a blueprint for production, illustrating dimensions, seam placements, stitching methods, fabric types, and other construction details. They are essential for maintaining consistency, quality control, and efficient manufacturing processes.

Specification Documenting
We develop comprehensive guides that outline all technical and design details of a product. This includes essential information such as measurements, materials, color codes, textile compositions, hardware, construction techniques, and finishing instructions. Often referred to as a “tech pack,” this document ensures consistency and accuracy during production by serving as a communication tool between designers, manufacturers, and suppliers. Specification documentation helps prevent errors, facilitates quality control, and ensures the final product aligns with the original design vision.

Prototyping
We have the in-house capabilities to produce a sample or preliminary version of a textile product design to test its functionality, fit, and aesthetic appeal. This process allows us to work with our clients to evaluate and refine aspects such as fabric choice, construction methods, and design elements before mass production. Prototyping helps identify potential issues, ensuring the final product meets quality standards and aligns with the intended design vision. It is a critical step in minimizing production errors and optimizing the manufacturing process.
